On-Shelf Availability (OSA)
Ensuring essential products are present in stores and identifying out-of-shelf items at sales points, including new items and contract assortment.
Share of Shelf (SOS)
Measuring the company's product share within its category and against competitors. We've also devised calculations tailored to different categories, considering chosen assortments and packaging variations.
Price Monitoring
Tracking the presence and accuracy of price tags, including promotional pricing in real time.
Brand Blocks
Verifying proper placement of branded products according to guidelines.
Point System
Assessing the placement of SKUs, multi-facing, and eye-level positioning.
Visit Scoring
Evaluating merchandiser performance using a composite score based on the point system, brand blocks, and share of shelf metrics.
How it all began
We started off with a pilot project in 2019, involving only 10 stores and 2 product categories. In just two weeks, we successfully trained over 5,000 merchandisers and supervisors. This training significantly improved their ability to assess and promptly address on-shelf presence issues, thanks to our intuitive mobile app.
